What do I need to create a product listing?

You just need a high resolution graphic in PNG format.

For precise cut-to-shape stickers, upload a transparent PNG file, otherwise upload a regular PNG file.

For optimal image quality, we suggest using high-resolution files in PNG format. It's best to ensure that these files have a minimum resolution of 1000 pixels and maximum of 3000 pixels. This way, you'll be able to enjoy clear and crisp visuals in your images.

How do I create a product listing?

It's easy to set up and manage your product listings. When submitting a new product, you will describe all of the details about your digital download design only. We will automatically create a listing and description for the sticker product.

To submit a new product:

1. Log in to your seller account.
2. Scroll down to "Product Dashboard"
3. Click the "Add Your Art" Button
4. Enter the details about your individual digital design:

• Selling Preferences - Choose how you want to sell your design: Stickers, Digital Download or Both
• Product Title - Provide a title that effectively summarizes your work in a few words.
• About this design (optional) - Add a description or background about your artwork
• Image - Upload one high-resolution PNG or JPG file minimum of 1000px and maximum 6000px resolution. 
  There is a 20MB Upload Limit.
• Tags - Enter each product tag separated by commas (the tags "Sticker Pack" and "Digital download" are come already prefilled.
• Price - Set price for your digital download artwork ($1.99 minimum)
• Digital Files - Upload one or multiple file formats of your design. 
• Terms of Use - Select our Default Terms of Use Template or Define your own Terms of Use for your digital design.
• Terms of Use Details - What the purchaser can and cannot do with their digital design.

5. Submit your listing for review.

How long does the review process take?

The review process typically takes up to 3 business days for approval after submitting a new listing. Once approved, you will see it live on our online store.

How do I edit my listings?

1. Log in to your seller account.
2. Scroll down to "Product Dashboard"
3. Click the "Edit" Button under the "Actions" column.
4. Edit the details about your individual digital design.
5. Submit your listing for review.

Each time you you edit your listing, it will go back into "Awaiting Approval" status. Once approved, you will see it live on our online store.

How do I remove my listings from the store?

1. Log in to your seller account.
2. Scroll down to "Product Dashboard"
3. In the "Actions" column, click the three dots (...) next to the "Edit" button.
4. Select ''De-activate"
5. Status will be shown as "Hidden" and will hide the product from the storefront.

How do I reactivate my listings?

1. Log in to your seller account.
2. Scroll down to "Product Dashboard"
3. In the "Actions" column, click the "Re-activate" button.
4. Status will be shown as "Draft"
5. You must click the "Submit for Review" button to send the product into "Awaiting Approval" status.
    You can also make any edits before resubitting the product or deactivate the listing.

Can I upload the same designs I use on Etsy, RedBubble, and other platforms on your site?

Absolutely! You can definitely upload the same designs that you use on Etsy, RedBubble, Zazzle, Threadless, Society6, Teespring, and other platforms to our site. We welcome your creativity and encourage you to showcase your designs across different platforms.

Can I sell my AI generated creations on your platform?

Yes, artists are more than welcome to sell their AI creations on our platform. We believe in supporting and promoting the work of artists using AI technology. Whether you create AI-generated paintings, digital art, or any other form of AI-generated artwork, you can list and sell your creations on our platform.   However, we encourage artists to create original and innovative AI art that showcase their creativity while respecting the intellectual property rights of others.
