Getting Paid

How do I set up my account to receive payments?

To start receiving payments, please complete the following steps:

  • Access the Vendor Portal by logging in
  • From the top right menu, select "Vendor Profile"
  • In the Payout Method section, opt for either Paypal or Venmo.
       - If you prefer Paypal, provide your Paypal email address.
       - If you choose Venmo, enter your Venmo phone number.

Please note that Venmo is only available for payouts within the United States, while Paypal supports transactions worldwide.

 

When and how often do I get paid?

You will receive payment from Decal Venue on a bi-weekly basis. However, please keep in mind that you will only be paid if you have earned a minimum of $5 or more in earnings. This means that you will receive payment every two weeks as long as you have earned at least $5 during that specific period. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that this can be a great way to generate passive income.

 

Payout threshold and schedule

We have a minimum payout threshold of $5.

Here is our payout schedule for the upcoming weeks:

Period: September 22nd - October 5th  
   - Payout Date: between October 8th and 11th  

Period: October 6th - October 19th  
   - Payout Date: between October 22nd and 25th  

Period: October 20th - November 2nd  
   - Payout Date: between November 5th and 8th  

Period: November 3rd - November 16th  
   - Payout Date: between November 19th and 22nd  

Period: November 17th - November 30th  
   - Payout Date: between December 3rd and 6th  

Period: December 1st - December 14th  
   - Payout Date: between December 17th and 20th  

Period: December 15th - December 28th  
   - Payout Date: between December 31st and January 3rd (2025)  

Period: December 29th - January 12th  
   - Payout Date: between January 14th and 17th  

Period: January 13th - January 26th  
   - Payout Date: between January 28th and January 31st  

Period: January 27th - February 9th  
   - Payout Date: between February 11th and 14th  

Period: February 10th - February 23rd  
   - Payout Date: between February 25th and 28th  

Period: February 24th - March 8th  
   - Payout Date: between March 11th and 14th

Please note that the payout will only be processed once you have reached the minimum threshold of $5.

If you receive a sale after the start of a new payout threshold, that sale may be included in the previous payout period, along with any payments you qualify for that have not yet been sent.

We understand that receiving your earnings in a timely manner is important, which is why we aim to process payouts within the mentioned time frames.  At times, payouts may be sent 1-2 days before the payout dates listed above.

 

What if I don't reach the payout threshold?

If you do not meet the minimum payout threshold of $5 during a specific period, the earnings will carry over to the next payout period. This means that any outstanding balance will be added to the earnings of the following period until the minimum threshold is reached. We want to ensure that you have every opportunity to receive your earnings, and we encourage you to continue promoting and earning with Decal Venue.

 

How will I receive my earnings?

Your payout will be disbursed to you through either Paypal or Venmo. These trusted payment methods ensure a secure and hassle-free transaction experience, allowing you to conveniently receive your earnings from the platform.

 

How do you handle refunds and bonuses?

Any earnings associated with the refunded item will be deducted from your account balance. This ensures that the refund is accurately reflected in your earnings. 

On the other hand, bonuses are added to your account when we have special incentives or promotions. These bonuses are additional earnings that will be credited to your account separately from your regular sales.
